Concrete Modular Systems, Inc. manufacturers a 5,000 PSI, steel reinforced, prefabricated, precast concrete building. Their uses range from sound attenuation on a loud generator to a portable restroom. The design of a building can range from a simple hazardous lawn mower storage room to a complex fiber optic regeneration sight.

The design team concept incorporates environmental, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and security needs based on the customers requirements. CMS’ scope of work can range from making the precast building alone to the design of a turn key project that involves hiring a General Contractor to provide site foundations and utility hook-up.

    Just Ask

Concrete Modular Systems, Inc. offers a wide variety of building finishes to help match existing surroundings. We believe in quality products and customer choice. If you need something not pictured just ask!

    • Architectural Rib, as well as most of our concrete, is made with Gray Portland Cement in a mix designed to achieve 5000 PSI. This particular form liner type finish can be painted to blend in next to most city buildings

    • Exposed Aggregate is one of the most popular finishes. It is made from a homogeneous 5000 PSI mix design with 1/4 " to 3/8" etch. CMS is one of the last companies to use this river rock in its mix design as a standard.

    • CMS Brick incorporates real bricks being cast into the buildings panels. This is not a form liner painted to look like brick but actual brick. Brick come in a variety of colors, sizes and textures and can be made to match even the most historical surroundings.

    • "Florida Skip Trowel" is a stucco coating that is bonded onto our precast building and is "Knocked Down" before the texture sets up. The coating can then be painted with ten-year masonry paint with your choice of colors.

    • CMS uses a "Light Broom" finish as a standard interior finish. This is achieved by applying consistent strokes, top to bottom, with a broom prior to the concrete completely setting up. The "Light Broom" finish provides a uniformly clean surface to ease mounting of electrical equipment, mechanical devices or switch gear. The surface can easily be painted if specified.

    • CMS can provide a Sandblast finish that creates a softening in the general appearance of the precast concrete. Through the use of different size, color and shapes of aggregates, we can achieve different looks to match your particular projects surroundings. A sandblast finish should be sealed and the seal can be slightly tinted different colors to meet your specifications.

CMS offers a wide variety of panel form liners that provide the look and beauty of wood with the high strength, durability, low maintenance and vandal resistance of 5000 PSI Steel Reinforced concrete. Surface is then cleaned and painted with a ten-year masonry paint, your choice of colors.

Whether you need a standard "Florida Skip Trowel" finish or the 8" X 8" Split Face Block finish, CMS has the finish that you need in your project.
